- Sarsaparilla (Smilax ornata)
- Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica)
- Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)
- Burdock (Arctium lapp)

- Yellow dock (Rumex crispus)
- Red clover (Trifolium pratense)
- Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea)
- Nettle (Urtica dioica)
- Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)
- Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
- Jasmine petals (Jasminum officinale)
Please shake pouch to ensure even distribution of all herbs.
This 50gm pouch will last approximately 3 weeks when consumed daily. (1-3 cups)
Place 1sp (2gms) per cup (250ml), infuse for a minimum of 5 minutes (covered if possible). Herbs can be topped up and reused up until the water runs clear. This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold, added to smoothies or icy poles, and sweetened with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Tea can also be stored in the fridge and is best consumed within 24hrs.
