Handcrafted Organic Herbal Teas
Created by women, for women
So a little bit about me...
My name is Anne and I live on a small farm near Byron Bay in Northern NSW, Australia with my husband, our blue English Staffies, and Black Angus cattle (& Jimmy our ring-in Jersey calf).
I am a qualified Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, and Western Herbal Medicine Practitioner.
My passion is helping women transition through their menopause journey, enabling them to take control of their health.
Menopause wasn't always my passion. I used to see clients with a myriad of ailments until I went through this menopausal transition myself, beginning back in 2011 when I was 48.
Now let me tell you my transition was not all smooth sailing either. By the time perimenopause was upon me, my two teenage daughters were in the throes of puberty. I know right!!!
There were fluctuating hormones hell, west and crooked (as my father used to say) with my daughters just beginning their fertility journey and mine winding down.
As you can imagine it was the perfect storm, and more than once we had fur flying and feathers ruffled. But we all got through it and still like each other, so a happy ending.
It did however make me realise exactly how this phase of life can negatively affect women and how perfect natural medicine is for this transition. It can not only suppress and control symptoms, it can work at a deeper level to help alleviate imbalances that are causing them.
“Our health is not only physical,
it is a combination of mind, body and spirit”
Around this time, I began to realise how little discussion, education, and support there is for women during this next transition of their lives. So, I made it my mission to learn as much about the menopause recalibration (as I like to call it) and how best to help as many women as I can.
Over the years I’ve helped many clients, my own family and experienced myself the benefits of herbs, flower essences and nutrition, how gentle yet powerful they can be.
Together this range of herbal teas and flower essences work to support, strengthen, and build resilience.
I'm not only a Natural Medicine Practitioner. My calling has always been with nature and for several decades I have also been a horticulturist and farmer.
My family and I lived in far North Queensland for most of this time raising seedlings for farmers, growing papaya and small crops commercially whilst living on the edge of the rainforest.
