Refund & returns policy

Meno-Morphosis ® is a subsidiary of the Australian based company Holistic Health & Herbs. Our mission is to help support women during their transition from perimenopause through to menopause and beyond.

Our Refund Policy reflects our commitment to you, our customer, ensuring we strive to provide the best product and service possible.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.meno-morphosisco.com

Australian Consumer Law and regulations prevail, and Our Refund Policy does in no way exclude or replace these rights.

Meno-Morphosis ® reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

However, in exceptional circumstances special consideration may be given. If so conditions of return include:

Satisfactory proof of purchase (needed before providing remedy under the Australian Consumer Law)
Merchandise is in saleable condition i.e. unopened packaging
Product is unused/unopened with all original packaging
Returned with any gift or bonus received with the product
The refund or exchange is sought within 14 days of purchase

Where bundles with gift included are purchased, if any part of the order is returned, gift must be returned in saleable condition, or the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of gift.

In the instance of returns of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.

Products on sale will not be refunded.

Faulty Products - All tea blends and flower essences are in sealed packaging. If seals have been broken or tampered with do not use. Contact us immediately and organise return. We will refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made using original payment method.

Any Change of Address must be submitted to info@meno-morphosisco.com within 2 hours of ordering.

If incorrect address or package was unclaimed and is returned, Meno-Morphosis ® reserves the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

Once order is shipped the delivery of products is taken out of our control. The courier/postal service is then accountable for undelivered packages if tracking number has been supplied. Please contact courier/postal service to follow up. Meno-Morphosis ® will not be held accountable to replace undelivered orders.

Please note that each tea blend, whilst containing the same herbs in the same quantities, can very batch to batch. Colour and herb strength can be dependent on the source, growing/weather conditions, and availability. Our aim is to keep each batch high quality and organic where possible.

Your privacy is important to Meno-Morphosis ®. Any information collected when returning products is securely stored. Meno-Morphosis ® guarantees to never disclose, sell, rent, or exchange your personal details to any third party for any reason unless required by law.

We only collect details that are necessary to ensure that we can effectively complete your transaction and deliver your order.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the item does not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
